Fishermen Discover Something Unusual Sitting on a Lone Iceberg. When They Got Closer, They Were Stunned

Just off the Labrador region of Canada, three fishermen were at sea. It was a familiar route for them and they knew the area by heart. The three fishermen knew exactly how to navigate between the icebergs, but this time when they approached the large icebergs, they saw something strange on one of them. At first they had no idea what it was, but as they got closer it became clearer that there was a living creature sitting alone at the top of the iceberg. They couldn’t see from a distance what kind of animal it was, but when they understood it, the three fishermen knew they had to act immediately.

Fishing Tradition

The three fishermen were in fact three friends who liked to spend their time fishing. Mallory Harrigan, Allan Russell and Cliff Russell had bought a boat and decided to start their own fishing business in Labrador, Canada. On the days when it all happened, it was really cold and the icebergs were even bigger in the cold waters. But the cold didn’t stop Mallory, Allan and Cliff from sailing out to these icy waters. They knew their sea like the back of their hand and they were looking forward to spending another day on their boat fishing. Fishing was still a livelihood in this part of Canada and our three friends enjoyed their activity.
