Australian Shepherd
Originally, the Australian Shepherd was bred as a disaster rescue dog and watchdog, meaning that they have a lot of energy and are very brave. Australian Shepherds have so much energy, so they need a great deal of exercise. If they do not get enough exercise, they will develop behavioural problems. This can be very difficult for families who have small children. Another problem is that children can be mistaken as part of the Australian Shepherd’s pack, and they can therefore show aggression towards small children.
