Troopers Report to Duty During a Snowstorm
Kentucky state police officers Chris Martin and Laney Hall did an incredible act for citizens in their town when they picked up medication in Louisville for a bone marrow transplant patient, to make sure that they would have received the medication during the weekend’s storm. As the patient’s usual couriers could not get across the storm, it was only in the effort of the police officers that the patients received their medication.
UK healthcare said “these guys are heroes every single day, and they certainly made a difference in these patients’ lives. We were not able to do this enough. “In fact, this job was not done, but the Troopers did it because it was the right thing to help these patients.
