Time to Work Thanks to the Police
18-year old Duncan Jourdan does the graveyard shift seven miles away from his home. He packs boxes at a nutritional supplement company in Benicia, Northern California. After that, it took him around 2 hours every day to get to work and return home. He did not want to disturb anyone and ask for a ride. One night on the way home, Duncan was located by Police Officer Keffer. He questioned Duncan to where he was headed. Once Duncan explained the situation, Keffer decided to give him a ride home.
Keffer Officer unexpectedly wanted to help this aspiring young man who wanted to join the police force one day himself. Following a collective vote from his police association to collect money, Keffer led to a $ 500 mountain bicycle that “needed to conquer the hills”. Now, a GoFundMe account has been started for Duncan’s college education.
