Do Not Walk Barefoot
Never walk barefoot once on board the aircraft. Everything, including baby’s urine, blood, vomit and milk has been spilled on the floor of an aircraft. If you want to be comfortable, bring a pair of sandals with you or use the pair of socks you are given on board.
You’ve just read how often they clean the trays and blankets, so how familiar do you think hoovers are with these aircraft floors? The bet is yours, but we want to tell you, it’s getting rarer and rarer. Basically, aeroplanes are giant cabins in which you are stuck and where germs can manifest themselves at any time. But it’s still the safest and fastest way to travel. Just bring plenty of penicillin with you, maybe?
